Return/Exchange Policy

As a result, All items are Final Sale! Due to hygienic and quality purposes. We are not accepting any returns nor exchanges pertaining to Cebel.U thongs. Please keep the merchandise.  

However, regarding our B&C shirts, you are more than welcome to exchange the size. Contact us within 3 days after delivery to further assist you. Please keep in mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost to ship back to our facility. We will ship the item back to you complimentary. 

If you are not satisfied with the size of your thong/lingerie purchase, please contact our online store via email within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly provide an online credit code for our website use only for the same value. (not including shipping). Please allow 72 hours to respond. 

Any product that has any defects or damages on our behalf, we apologize in advance. We will gladly send out a new one. The shipping fee will be included. Allow 2-3 business days for processing.
